PostFlux Pro — Free Bulk Gmail Sender
PostFlux Pro sends personalized bulk email campaigns through your own Gmail account. Add your recipients, write your message with personalization fields, and it sends with smart delays, suppression lists and live tracking — no monthly fees, no third-party servers.
Why use PostFlux Pro?
Cold outreach lives or dies on deliverability. Sending through your own Gmail — with delays between messages and suppression lists — keeps your campaigns personal and your account safe, unlike blast tools that burn domains. Because the mail goes out through Gmail's official API, sent messages appear in your Gmail Sent folder and replies land straight in your inbox.
What it can do
Sends through Gmail's official API
No password is ever stored. You paste an access token from Google's OAuth Playground (a 9-step guide is built into the Setup tab) and the tool sends through the Gmail API — sent mail shows up in your Sent folder like any normal email.
Recipients from anywhere
Type addresses one by one, paste a list, import a CSV, or load a Google Sheet. Column mapping lets you tell the tool which column holds the email, the domain and the niche — and every sheet header becomes a personalization variable.
Real personalization, per recipient
Use {{name}}, {{domain}} and {{niche}} in the subject and body, plus any column header from your sheet as {{Header}}. Each recipient gets their own version of the message, and three subject/body variants can rotate round-robin so no two contacts in a row get an identical mail.
Verification before every send
Every address is checked before it is mailed: format, a disposable-domain blocklist and a live MX-record check. Bad addresses are skipped — never bounced — and marked NOT EXIST or BLOCKED in your sheet.
Rate control and scheduling
Choose a send rate from 0.5 seconds (fast) to 20 seconds (safest), random delays between 10 and 45 seconds, a custom delay, or schedule the campaign for a later time. A live progress bar shows sent, failed, skipped and remaining counts, and Stop halts the run at any moment.
Status written back to your sheet
After each send the tool writes OK, FAIL, NOT EXIST or BLOCKED into the Status column of your Google Sheet, row by row. Campaign history keeps your last 50 runs on the device with CSV export and one-click retry of failed or skipped recipients.
How to use it
- Open the Setup tab and follow the built-in 9-step guide to get your access token from Google's OAuth Playground (about 2 minutes), then connect with your Gmail address.
- Add recipients: type them, paste a list, load a Google Sheet, or import a CSV. Map the columns and set your suppression list and per-domain send cap.
- Compose your subject and body with {{name}}, {{domain}} and {{niche}} variables. Add subject/body variants, attachments and an unsubscribe footer if you want them.
- Preview the message and send yourself a test email (it arrives with a [TEST] prefix).
- Pick a send rate — 3 seconds is the recommended safe default — or schedule the campaign, then hit Send All and watch the live progress.
- Check the Status column in your sheet and the campaign history on the dashboard. Export the results as CSV or retry the failed and skipped recipients.
Who is it for?
Built for SEO and outreach agencies, freelancers running guest-post and link-building campaigns, and founders doing cold email themselves — anyone who needs to send personalized outreach through their own Gmail instead of paying a monthly fee to a blast platform.
Good to know
Your access token expires after about an hour — if sending fails, paste a fresh token from the OAuth Playground. Sheet import needs the sheet set to 'Anyone with the link can view', and writing status back needs Edit access. Gmail's own sending limits still apply, so keep lists clean and delays sensible.
Frequently asked questions
Does it send through my Gmail account?
Yes — campaigns go out through your own Gmail using the official Gmail API, so sent mail appears in your Sent folder, replies land in your inbox, and your sender reputation stays yours. Your password is never asked for or stored.
How do I get the access token?
The Setup tab has a 9-step guide (about 2 minutes): open Google's OAuth Playground, paste the two scopes shown on the page, authorize with your Google account and copy the access token. The token expires after about an hour, so paste a fresh one if a later send fails.
What happens to invalid email addresses?
Every address is verified before sending — format, a disposable-domain blocklist and a live MX-record check. Invalid addresses are skipped, never bounced, and marked NOT EXIST or BLOCKED in your Google Sheet's Status column.
Can I personalize each email?
Yes. Use {{name}}, {{domain}} and {{niche}} in the subject and body, and any column header from your Google Sheet becomes a variable too — for example {{Company}} or {{First Name}}. You can also rotate three subject and body variants so consecutive recipients never get identical mail.
Is there a sending limit?
Gmail's own daily sending limits apply (around 500 messages a day for standard Gmail). The tool's delays, per-domain cap and suppression list help you stay inside them — the 3-second 'Safe' rate is the recommended default.
Where is my data stored?
Entirely in your browser's local storage — recipients, campaigns, suppression lists and settings never leave your device. Campaign history keeps your last 50 runs with per-recipient results.
